INTERGY EHR: BENEFITS, CHARACTERISTICS & REVIEWS

Greenway Health's Intergy EHR is a software package designed for ambulatory health offices of all sizes. The electronic clinical option in this EHR system can assist in the creation, storage, and retrieval of patient data. It conducts a range of everyday duties in addition to electronically capturing patient information and medical records.

It has over 15 dashboards, 500 reports, and 5,000 clinical areas that may be reported on. Discharge summaries, appointment scheduling, medication refills, and other tasks are all automated.

Intergy's key differentiators & Benefits

Errors should be kept to a minimum. Human error in manual documentation can be reduced by using electronic medical information documentation. Handwriting errors, readability concerns, and manual double-entry of data can all be avoided.

  • Accurate Therapy: Maintains records of the patients' full medical history, recognizes trends, and eliminates the possibility of receiving the same treatment twice by providing accurate diagnoses and suitable treatment.

  • Productivity and Efficiency Gains: Spend less time on charting and documentation and more time on your patients. Health companies may boost daily traffic and make more cash by automating time-consuming and laborious procedures. This is done without reducing the quality of treatment provided to each individual.

  • Medical document storage in this system, rather than physical storage sites, can prevent the danger of sensitive material being misplaced, destroyed, or interfered with. Allows for the regulation of information access with varying levels of security.

  • Deployment: This allows for cloud as well as on-premise server deployment. Users can access the EHR without an internet connection with on-premise implementation.

Characteristics

  • Practice Analytics: Analyzes A/R, patient charges, key performance indicators, and financial performance data to provide data analytics.

  • Patient Engagement: The patient engagement function allows physicians and patients to communicate with one another. Send out reminders and real-time messaging, and patients may use the internet device to seek refills, examine test results, and get more information.

  • Clearinghouse: Use a clearinghouse to manage and handle claims. Before claims are filed, they are scrubbed and checked for any problems that might lead to rejection, allowing reimbursement to be expedited.

  • Interoperability: Allows practice management solutions to be easily integrated with other systems. It can communicate with other practices, hospitals, and health information exchanges using Health Level Seven (HL7) interfaces.

REVIEWS

  • "Intergy Practice Management, EHR, and Analytics"

What do you like the most?

The Practice Management system is relatively simple to use. Schedules, patient demographics, patient financials, and certain EHR data are all easily accessible. When compared to a few other systems I've seen, this one is rather impressive. We use Practice Analytics on a regular basis as a terrific reporting tool.

What are your pet peeves?

It would be wonderful if some of the Intergy built-in reports included additional information choices for larger enterprises. If a site within the group wants to look at only their data, certain reports won't go down to the level they need, therefore a request for a Practice Analytics report is made to my group.
